Description

Work includes but is not limited to: Exterior Paint and Repair of 22 buildings Postwide; Provide mechanical surface preparation and complete exterior painting; paint all previously painted and new replacement items and exterior surfaces to include wood items (fascias, soffits, columns, windows, and porches, etc); metal items (gutters, standing seam roofs, security screen bars, etc) concrete items (window and door sills, foundation, etc); repair or replace all deteriorated or damaged exterior wood and metal items and surfaces as ordered by the Contracting Officer as needed; all buildings will be occupied. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This will be a firm fixed-price requirements type contract. Ordering period is 365 calendar days from date of award. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $7 million. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 235210. IFB is to be issued on or about 13 Jul 01. Bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database in order to receive award. All requests for this IFB should be in writing and reference DABT19-01-B-0008.
