Description

Work includes but is not limited to: Repair/Replace the existing HVAC system to include fan coil units and ductwork in 6 buildings. All buildings will be occupied. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This will be a firm fixed-price requirements type contract. Ordering period is 365 days from 25 Sep 01 or date of award, whichever is later. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $7 million. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 235110. IFB is to be issued on or about 13 Jul 01. Bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database in order to receive award. All requests for this IFB should be in writing and reference DABT19-01-B-0010.
