Description

Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to complete Project 568-00-209, Municipal Water Supply at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD all in strict accordance with contract specifications and drawings. Work to be completed shall include but not be limited to, alterations, demolition, excavation, mechanical work of exterior and interior piping for a potable water system and necessary removal of exisitng piping and other structures and certain other items as specified in both the contract specifications and drawings. Contract completion time for this project shall be 90 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed. Construction range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. Applicable NAICS is 234910, Water, Sewer, and Pipeline Construction.
