Description

The Government intends to award a firm fixed price requirements type contract under other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1 to Instruments, Inc, 7263 Engineer Road, Suite G, San Diego, CA 92111-1493 for one thousand (1000) Switching Amplifier Units for the AN/SLQ-25A Torpedo Countermeasure Transmitting Set. Each Amplifier shall be a 2kVa, 2KW Class D Switching Amplifier, as required by the Fleet Technical Support Center, Atlantic, Norfolk VA. The AN/SLQ-25A Systems Drawings and Specifications are available upon written request from the Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Acquisition Department, Norfolk, VA. The resulting contract will be one year from date of award, with four one year options if exercised. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3663 and the NAICS Code is 334220. The Small Business size is 750 employees. Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments will be ONLY available by down loading the documents at hhtp://www.neco.navy.mil By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self certifying that neither the requester nor the principal corporate officials or owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency.
