Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, Rhode Island intends to acquire from Cadex Electronics, 22000 Fraserwood Way, Richmond, BC on a sole source basis the following items in accordance with specifications (provided with the solicitation): Item 1) Cades 7000ER P/N 07-778-7777 qty (10) each; Item 2) Smart Cables P/N 7-0120 qty (65) each; Item 3) Calibration Units P/N 892-770-020 qty (4) each; Item 4) Battery Shop 1 P/N 07-770-2001 qty (3) each. This is a sole source acquisition as authorized under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) Only One Responsible Source. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items will be utilized for this acquisition. Delivery will be F.O.B.
