Description

This is an amendment to Submission No. 50C4T6 issued February 1, 2001 as amended by Submission No. 50D761 on February 14, 2001. The referenced notice stated that the Department of Energy, Ohio Field Office has a need for a contractor to provide all the management, organization, labor, materials and supplies necessary to provide organizational support services. The contractor will facilitate management/team workshops using the assessment methodology know as Systematic Multiple Level Observation of Groups (SYMLOG). This amendment clarifies the SYMLOG certification requirement and required experience. The offeror must be SYMLOG certified and have facilitated three (3) or more group interventions (i.e. activities) using the SYMLOG instrument per year in at least two (2) of the past three (3) years or five (5) or more in one (1) of the past three (3) years. The Ohio Field Office plans to issue an Indefinite Delivery/Infinite Quantity (ID/IQ) instrument for a minimum order of 150 hours over the three-year period of the instrument. The maximum number of hours that could be ordered over the three-year instrument is 800 hours. The requirement remains a competitive Small Business Set-aside for those interested contractors under NAICS 54169 and will be awarded based on the best value to DOE as a fixed price award.
