The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to issue a purchase order to Logistic Consultants, Inc. (LCI) on a sole-source basis for consulting services to reengineer the USPTO's PCT Support Processes. LCI has performed preliminary work to assist the USPTO in organizing its process reengineering priorities, and they are familiar with the USPTO's PCT Operations.
