Description

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Primary Health Care Bureau, is soliciting proposals in accordance with the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The purpose of the procurement is to develop a resource handbook that describes the faith-based resources available through BPHC, a Faith-Health Partners Directory comprised of the BPHC faith-based network, a curriculum aimed at educating faith-based partners on BPHC's mission and on the role of faith-based organizations in the 100% access and 0 health disparities campaign, to develop a 3-year strategic plan to advance the BPHC's faith Partnership Initiative and a plan to pilot-test the Healthy People 2010 "faith-health" monograph. The period of performance is 9 months. Solicitation will be issued on or about July 10, 2001. The closing date will be August 9, 2001 at no later than 4:00 p.m. local prevailing time.
