Description

CBD Amendment DAKF06-01-T-0049. The purpose of this amendment is to definitize line item data, incorporate additional delivery information, source selection data and clauses. The following line items are hereby changed to read: 0001/ITEM: Rental of 138 each 20 foot Storage Containers. 0002/ITEM: One Job Delivery and off load of containers at Fort Carson, Colorado. 0003/ITEM: One Job Pick up of containers at Fort Carson, Colorado in Dec 2001. The delivery information is added to read: Delivery shall be FOB Destination. Contractor shall begin the initial delivery of storage containers on 16 July 01 and shall complete delivery by 24 Jul 01. Reference FAR Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (1/99). Price is equal to delivery time. The following Clauses are hereby added to read: 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. 53.222-26, Equal Opportunity. 52.222-35 Affirmative Action For Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era. 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration.
