Single award term contract for the period 09-01-01 to 08-31-02.Lubrication orders, printing in black ink. Trim sizes in 3 formats: Format A -- up to 6-1/2 x 9-1/2"; Format B -- Over 6-1/2 x 9-1/2" up to 8-1/2 x 11"; Format C -- Over 8-1/2 x11 up to 10-3/4 x 16-1/2". Anticipating up to 40 orders per year for approximately 100 to 5,000 copies of 2 to 62 pages per order. All pages laminate. Operations include film making,printing,laminating, binding, packing and distribution. Quality level III. Bid opening anticipated the middle of August, 2001.
