Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials and incidental supplies necessary to Design and Build a new Indiana Interagency Coordination Center Building and associated Site Work at the Tell City Ranger Station of the Hoosier National Forest, Perry County, Indiana. The work will include, but will not be limited to: 1) Design and Construction of a 38 feet x 132 feet pre-engineered metal frame building, including interior rooms such as offices, conference room, restrooms, storage rooms, and garage space; 2) Site Work for the building and associated parking areas; 3) All utilities associated with the building. A pre-proposal showing/site visit will be held on July 19, 2001 starting at 9:30 a.m. local time, at the Tell City Ranger District Office located at 248 15th Street, Tell City, Indiana. This project will be solicited using the Request for Proposal format and will be solicited on an unrestricted (no set-aside ) basis. Award of a contract will be based on the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. Evaluation factors will include: 1) Past Performance; 2) Experience; and 3) Building Design relationship to Government need. The estimated project value is between $250,000 and $1,000,000.
