Description

17. Construct Combat Trails at Training Areas 19 and 24. Ditch and bank stabilization which includes clearing and grubbing of areas with trees and shrubs less than or equal to 6" in diameter and seeded preparation, lime, and fertilizer application, seeding, mulching, anchoring of mulch and construction of riprap silt checks in waterways and bank areas. Lay filter cloth (fabric) on foundation for riprap. Application of erosion control measures to include the placement of silt checks and/or fabric fence. Applicable roadway and modifications, grading and construction of low water crossing points. Other work includes clearing and grubbing, grading, excavation, trenching, laying pipe and backfilling, earthwork for roadways and turf. The period of performance is 90 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 234990, for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $27.5 million. This solicitation is Subject to Availability of Funds. Fort Campbell is using the Internet for advertising and issuing solicitations.
