Description

Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials and perform all work in connection with Repairs to Roof at Building 4581, Child Development Center, at Fort Jackson, SC. Work includes adjusting grading and constructing new side walk, repainting of window sills, trench grading and related piping for flood control at entrances, replacement of metal fascia and metal skin and new foam roofing. The magnitude of construction is BETWEEN $100,000.00 AND $250,000.00. The NAICS Code is 235610. The solicitation will be issued as UNRESTRICTED under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
