Description

Synopsis No. Z-010001 -- The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to install approximately 1,200 SY of blacktop at the Navy Housing Complex, Saratoga Springs, NY. The work will include some site work in preparation of pavement and installation of nine pipe bollards. The issue date for plans and specifications is 17 July 2001. Estimated cost range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code is 234110 and the size standard is $17.0 million. The solicitation will be issued Unrestricted. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Plans and specifications will NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of the Internet. The address for downloading this solicitation from the Internet is http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. Downloading from the Internet is free of charge, however, some plans and specifications will take a considerable amount of time to download.
