Description

Purpose of this project is to identify, record, and evaluate for the National Register of Historic Places all historic and allprehistoric manifestations 200 or more years old and/or pertaining to American Indian culturla properties within the inventory areas. Date will be used for compliance with the requirements of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act as amended and the Archeological Resources Protection Act as amended pertaining to potential effects on heritage resources. No Section 110 compliance activities are solicited. Project is located on the Northern Hills Ranger District, Lawrence County, SD, Black Hills National Forest. Contract time is 226 calendar days. All responsible sources will be considered by the agency.
