Description

In accordance with the Commercial Activities Proposed Action Summary (CPAS) announced to Congress, a study of the Public Works, Information Management, Logistics and the Plans and Training Directorates at Devens Reserve Forces Training Area, Ayer, MA is being conducted in compliance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A-76. All interested contractors may request a copy of the solicitation via email or fax at 609-562-6933. Telephone calls will not be accepted. Requests shall include the business name, address, size, point of contact, telephone and fax numbers and email address. This procurement will be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside and if awarded will result in a Cost Plus Award fee contract. The solicitation will not be available on a web site or in hard copy. It will be issued on a CD ROM. See Note 1.
