On page 80 of the solicitation, the second sentence of paragraph 5(c) is corrected to delete the words "small businesses." As a result of this correction, paragraph 5(c) is revised to read as follows: "In order to be considered for the award of a basic contract, the Offeror, including non profits, will need to submit an acceptable small business subcontracting plan pursuant to FAR 52.219-9. If the Federally mandated goals cannot be met, the Offeror shall provide an explanation as to why these goals cannot be met." Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in item 9A or 10A, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and effect. 15A.
