Description

The Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA)/Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC), synopsis/intend to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to the Mid Rio Grande Area Health Education Center (MRGAHEC), Inc, Laredo, Texas. T his procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures as outlined in Federal Acquisiti on Regulations (FAR) Parts 13 and 6.302-1. The Contractor shall provide his services in determining the quality and availab ility of data sources on child asthma in Laredo, Texas that could potentially be used to develop a method to track child ast hma morbidity. Additionally, partnerships with health officials in the neighboring Mexican Sister City of Nuevo Laredo will be developed to explore the possibility of identifying entities and sources of data that could be used for a similar effort .
