Description

Provide all equipment and personnel to air transport patients requiring Basic and Advanced Life Support Air Ambulance Services for the period of October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 for the VA Medical Centers of Minneapolis, MN, Sioux Falls, SD and Fargo, ND. Documents available on or about July 13, 2001; request in writing or by fax to 612-725-2072. Proposals will only be accepted from those firms regularly doing business as Air Ambulance services, and who hold valid Air Carrier Operating Certificate issued by the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) for an air taxi operator; abide by all applicable FAA Regulations; and comply with all applicable Federal, State and Local Regulations governing the operation of an air ambulance service.
