Flash lights 183,507 each ,nsn 6230-00-264-8261.Drawings are not required. Quantity is yearly estimated.This is a unrestricted acquistion subjected to trade agreements act(Note 12 applies).This contract action is for supplies which the government does not possess complete,unrestricted technical data,therefore the government intends to solicit and contract with only one or a limited number of sources under FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
