DESC: DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (DAJA22-01-Q-0192) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Wiesbaden Contracting Center, Germany intends to procure Laser Markmanship Equipment and Accessories for the Training Support Activity, Europe in Frankfurt, Germany. This requirement is Brand Name or Equal. Requirement: 1.) 25 LASER MARKSMANSHIP TRAINING SYSTEM (LMTS), BEAMHIT 460 SYSTEM-2 TARGET ARRAY WITH COMPONENTS: TR-900 TARGET, MP-400 LASER, LTS-5.56 TRANSMITTER ROD, CABLE SET, SOFTWARE, AC POWER ADAPTE, CONTROL BOX, USERS MANUAL IN ENGLISH. 2.) 25 TARGET FOR BEAMHIT LMTS-TR-700. 3.) 25 TRANSMITTER FOR LMTS BEAMHIT-MP-400 STANDARD. 4.) 25 TARGET, 25M ZERO REFLECTIVE FOR LMTS BEAMHIT. 5.) 25 CASE, CARRYING FOR LMTS BEAMHIT 460 SYSTEM. 6.) 25 ROD, LASER TRANSMITTER, CAL 5.56 mm. 7.) ADVANCED ALTERNATE "C" COURSE, 25 M. 8.) TRANSPORTATION CHARGES TO: W80PSN ACCOUNTABLE OFFICER; TRAINING SUPPORT ACTIVITY, EUROPE; BLDG 2528, ROOM 100A; GAUGRAFENSTRASSE 24; D-60489 FRANKFURT, GERMANY. Offerors are required to submit with their offers detailed technical descriptions and illustrations of the Laser Marksmanship System if the offer is for a different system and acessories other than Beamhit LMTS in order to enable a proper technical evaluation. Offerors shall address each requirement. Solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-07. Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer. The successful offeror will be required to accept the purchase order in writing. Quotes are due not later than 14 Jul 13, at 1600 hrs, CET. Offerors shall submit quotes either via fax to +49 (611) 816-2230/2178 or 2254 or via email to biancom@rcc.wbn.usacce.army.mil. Any text files shall be in a format readable by Microsoft Word 97. The solicitation may be obtained by request. Required delivery time for the LMTS Services shall be not more than 60 days. Offeror shall indicate in his offer his earliest time of delivery.
