Description

Solicitaion is to fulfill Prime Vendor, Full Line Food Distributor requirements for Offutt AFB, Nebraska and Ellsworth AFB, SD. Requirements are for various quantities of Air Force required items to provide troop support. Contract period will be for one base year period and four consecutive option periods of twelve months each. Options to be invoked at the Government's discretion based upon continued customer need and contractors' consistently high quality performance and excellent product. Contract's base year period for Offutt AFB is 21 April 2002 through 22 April 2003. Contract's base year period for Ellsworth AFB is 21 July 2002 through 22 July 2003. All materials used in performance of contract are to be furnished by the successful offeror. This is an unrestricted procurement, all responsible offerors are eligible to submit proposals. This is a Best Value Acquisition which requires submission of Business and Technical Proposals. Evaluation of offers and resulting award is based on combination of Technical Factors and Competitive and Fair and Reasonable Pricing.
