Description

The US Army TACOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal, intends to acquire under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, a production effort for an estimated quantity of 116 each portable vehicle capture systems for GFY01 and an estimated quantity of 400 each portable vehicle capture systems for GFY02. The Government intends to utilize General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, Inc., St. Petersburg, FL in a contractual action based on FAR 6.302-1, avoidance of duplication costs and unacceptable delays. This notice is for information planning purposes only, does not constitute a RFP, and is not to be a construed as a commitment by the Government. See Numbered Note 22.
