Description

Services of an Architect-Engineer firm are sought to provide services including but not limited to preparation of construciton documents (working drawings and specifications), firm estimate of construction costs, as-built drawings, construction period services and site visits. Design for project that will construct new clinical space attached to the north side of Building 85A; construct new clinical space attached to the south side of Building 85 at the ER entrance; and remodel the existing emergency room, admitting office, and adjacent spaces within Building 85. The services of a design team including, architects, landscape architects, interior decorator, civil engineers, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, and electrical engineers will be required. Estimated construction cost range is $1,000,000.00 to $2,000,000.00. This is NOT a small business set-aside. Award is subject to the availability of funds. Interested firms to submit data as described in Numbered Notes 24 & 25 no later than July 27, 2001. This is NOT a request for Proposal. Please submit SF254 & SF255 describing your firms capability to design this project.
