Description

The Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon is seeking Requests For Proposals from qualified Architect & Engineering Firms licensed in the State of Oregon to provide designing and engineering services for an addition and remodel to the existing Health & Wellness Facility Center, located at 1270 Kot-num Rd. Warm Springs, Oregon. The existing building is on five acres of land a 35,755 sq. ft., one-story freestanding wood frame structure on a crawl space foundation. Approximately 8,000 sq. ft. additional space will be added to the existing facility. Remodel will be approximately 4,200 sq. ft. The design may be conceptual for the purpose of selecting the prospective architects for the best and final offer, but must include a floor plan showing the layout and square footage of the requested offices, warehouse, and future use space. The architects shall provide updated costs estimates for complete turnkey construction of each design proposal submitted.
