Description

This procurement includes all planning, programming, administration, and management in support of the Fort Riley's postal operations center and the mail and distribution center located on Fort Riley, Kansas. Proposed contract will be Firm Fixed Price with a base year (one year) and four 6-month option periods. This procurement is a HUBZONE SET-ASIDE. The solicitation will be issued on or around 16 July 2001, closing 14 August 2001. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 49111 (SIC Code 7389). This procurement will be awarded based on evaluation factors. These evaluation factors can be found at FAR Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999), in the solicitation.
