Description

New Bedford, MA -- Repair Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS), U.S. Coast Guard Marine Assistance Team (MAT) Building, State Pier, New Bedford, Bristol County, MA ISSUE DATE: 07/16/2001. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to power wash and repair approximately 200 sq. ft. of Dryvit EIFS, install exterior corner guards, install panzer mesh as indicated and resurface all exterior EIFS and other related work. PLEASE NOTE: The Dryvit EIFS must be installed by a contractor approved by Dryvit Systems, Inc. The period of performance is 60 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, with actual on-site performance not to exceed 15 days. The NAICS code is 235990 and the size standard is $11.5 million. The estimated cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will be available on or about July 16, 2001. Quotes are due by 4pm on August 15, 2001.
