Description

Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to complete "Renovate Ambulatory Surgery", Project 649-00-103, at the Northern Arizona VA Health Care System, Prescott, Arizona. Project includes general construction, alterations, mechanical, electrical utility systems work, removal of existing structures and construction and certain other work as defined under IFB 649-7-01 contract specifications and drawings. Construction cost estimate is $500,000 to $1,000,000. NAICS is 23332 & 27.5 Million. Bidding material will be available o/a July 20, 2001. All requests for bid documents must be in writing to the attention of the Contracting Officer (142k). Requests must be on company letterhead to include a point of contact and telephone/fax numbers. Fax requests will be accepted on (520) 717 7444. A Pre-Bid Conference and site visit is scheduled for August 1, 2001. All contractors, subcontractors and suppliers are strongly urged to attend. Anticipated Bid Opening date: August 21, 2001. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
