Description

Provide all necessary resources to accomplish carpet/tile removal, asbestos abatement, and install new carpet/tile in various buildings located on Dyess AFB. This procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity contract term of one year with one option year for a total of two years. The estimated contract magnitude in between $500,000 and $1,000,000 and has a guaranteed minimum of $25,000.00 in the first year. This procurement is full and open to all business concerns. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1752, (NAICS Code 23552) with a small business threshold of 10.5 Million. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 16 Jul 2001 on FedBizOpps at www.eps.gov. Paper copies are not available.
