Description

Provide all material (excluding Government Furnished Material), labor, equipment and transportation required to accomplish the following work in Willapa Bay, Washington: (1) Convert four (4) buoys to four (4) three-pipe pile structures; Willapa Bay Entrance Daybeacon 11 (LLNR 15205), Willapa Bay Entrance Light 13 (LLNR 15210), Willapa Bay Channel Light 15 (LLNR 15215), and Willapa Bay Channel Light 16 (LLNR 15220). (2) Fabricate and install four (4) three pipe pile structures and platform assemblies. Aids to Navigation equipment shall be installed by the Coast Guard. Structures to be fabricated and installed include: Willapa Bay Entrance Daybeacon 11, Willapa Bay Entrance Light 13, Willapa Bay Channel Light 15 and Willapa Bay Channel Light 16. The contractor shall apply government furnished reflective tape on all incomplete structures at the completion of each day's work. (3) Retrieve and return the four (4) buoys to Tongue Point, Astoria, OR. The period of performance is 60 days after Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 and is open to both small and large business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 234990. Size Standards is $27.5. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
