Description

Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials and supervision necessary to accomplish Project 692-01-105, "Radiology Site Preparation" in Building 201 at the Department of Veterans Affairs Domiciliary, 8495 Crater Lake Highway, White City, Oregon 97503, as per contract drawings and specifications. Estimated construction cost range between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS code 233320, $27.5 Million. Work includes general construction, asbestos and lead abatement, mechanical, electrical and certain other items to prepare the space for new radiology equipment. This solicitation is full and open competition with bids acceptable from any responsible bidder. Interested bidders must submit requests for documents in writing to the Contracting Officer shown above. Bid documents available approx. 6-28-2001. Prebid conference walk through July 10, 2001 at 10 AM Pacific Standard Time. Interested bidders report to Building 229, Facility Management Service to attend walk through. Bid opening date scheduled for July 30, 2001 at 2 PM local time. This project requires accelerated completion time, contract total time of 60 calendar days with maximum of 30 calendar days total shut down of X-Ray facilities.
