The U. S. Postal Service Board of Governors recently directed postal management to reduce its capital budget. All facility projects not yet awarded are on hold pending management review. In accodance with that directive, this solicitation is cancelled. At this time, we have no knowledge of whether the project will be reissued at a later date or cancelled altogether.
