- There has been a change to the scheduled dates of the solicitation, site visit and due date for the RFQ. It is now anticipated that the solicitation will be issued sometime after July 16, 2001. When the solicitation is issued it will come with a cover letter announcing the date of the site visit and the date that the RFQ is due.
