Description

This announcement is for the procurement of part-numbered items manufactured by Warren Pumps,Inc.(CAGE 63857),Flowserve U.S.Inc,(CAGE88032) and Carver Pump(10941). Companies interested in offering on the NSNs other than authentic Warren Pumps Inc.,Flowserve U.S.Inc or Carver Pump parts please contact N.Back at 614-692-7949. All NSNs are available via a the World Wide Web-refer to WEBLINK. FSC to be covered under this project is 4320. Please note that final decision will be based on the overall best value to the Government and not necessarily the lowest price. The factors other than price include past performance, proposed delivery, Socioeconomic Support, Mentoring Business Agreements Program. No RFP will be issued as it is anticipated that these NSNs will be added to existing contracts. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s) 12 and 26. Specifications,plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 4 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery,past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
