Description

The specifications and dates have changed slightly. Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to manufacture, deliver, and install a two-winding, three-phase, 60 Hz, cooled transformer rated 150,000 kVA and 13,200 volts/161,000 volts, to Table Rock Power Plant, Branson, Missouri. The existing transformer will be moeved by the contractor to a storage area in the switchyard. Solicitation will be on Compact Disk (CD-Rom) and provided free of charge. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be allowed. Solicitation will be made available upon registration at the Little Rock Contracting Division internet website (address below). Solicitation will be available on or about July 13, 2001. The date for receipt of proposals will be on or about August 6, 2001. Numbered Note 12 applies.
