Description

The US Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Natick, has a requirement for Clevis Assembly, NSN: 1670-01-162-2372, P/N: 11-1-2801. The Government anticipates that this acquisition will result in a Five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract with a minimum quantity of 2,500 each and a maximum quantity of 60,000 each for total contract. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards. The Lowest price technically acceptable source selection will be based on the offeror's proposed price and past performance in that order of importance. Offerors shall submit with their proposal a one page past performance sheet listing at least three recent (past two years) references for the same or similar item. The past performance sheet must contain a point of contact for each company or Government Agency, a current telephone number and fax number, the dollar amount of the contract or purchase order and order/contract number. All deliveries will be F.O.B. Destination with shipments to New Cumberland, PA. First shipment of 500 each is due 90 days after award of contract/delivery order. Continuing monthly shipments of 500 each are required thereafter. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 314999; the size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation, Technical Data Package, and other attachments will be posted on the Natick Contracting Division's web site located at http://www3.natick.army.mil on or about 17 July 01. Telephone calls will not be accepted. Firms will not be reimbursed for any cost associated with proposal preparation. This award is subject to availability of funds.
