- The Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to award a fixed-price sole source contract for a low frequency viration control device. The contractor, CSA Engineering is internationally known for it's work and specialized capabilities in this area. The vibration control applications the Navy intends to purchase must be compatable with existing units already installed aboard Navy aircraft. In accordance with FAR 6.302-2 interested parties may submit a statement of capabilities for informational purposes. (see numbered Note 22)
