Description

Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) 01-020, published in the Commerce Business Daily on 20 June 2001 is modified to add the following four items. Item No. 1 -- White paper questions must be received no later than 2PM, EDT, 13 July 2001 and full proposal questions must be received no later than 2PM, EDT, 09 October 2001. Item No. 2 -- Technical questions should be direct to Nathan Smith at e-mail address: smithn@onr.navy.mil and contractual questions should be directed to Helen Paul at e-mail address: paulh@onr.navy.mil. Item No. 3 -- Questions and answers will be posted to the web page at: http://www.onr.navy.mil/expedlogisfnc/BAA.htm. Item No. 4 -- Subject to official fiscal appropriation, it is anticipated that the GLC2 program will be funded at a FY 02 level ranging from $4M to $7M. Awards made from this BAA synopsis will typically be in the range from $250K to $1M, although lower and higher cost proposal will be considered.***
