Description

The National Assessment Governing Board has the need to have recommendations developed for a framework and specifications for the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP). Specifically, the requirement is to develop recommendations for the review, modification, and/or adoption by the National Assessment Governing Board (NAGB), of a framework and specifications for the NAEP economics assessment, scheduled for 2005. The NAEP assessment is scheduled to be administered at the national level in grade 12. The period of performance will be twelve months. RFP ED-00-R-0026 will be issued on or about July 16, 2001. It is anticipated that the closing date for receipt of proposals will be on or about August 28, 2001.
