NOTE: This synopsis/modification was previously posted under the designation of "NRA-01-LaRC-04, Modification 2". Since the Government no longer plans to release a NASA Research Announcement (NRA), the NRA designation is invalid. All future references will be to "JSRA Partnering Synopsis Announcement SS325". This is a modification to the synopsis entitled, "Partnering for Joint Small Aircraft Transportation System (SATS) Research", which was posted on June 10, 2001. You are notified that the following changes are made: The Draft Document JSRA Partnering Synopsis Announcement SS325 was posted today. Since the Government no longer plans to release an "NRA", a future change will delete this synopsis and repost all documents regarding the Partnering for Joint Small Aircraft Transportation System (SATS) Research under the new number SS325. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to August 20, 2001. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
