Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is seeking qualified sources capable fo performing studies and analyses using primary sources on foreign terrorist groups. The subjects to be covered will include a wide range of interrelated topics to such as history, ideology, leadership. The government anticipates multiple awards for this requirement. Interested companies, academic institutions, and independent researchers should submit a capabilities statement detailing experience with this type of study to be identified by group names and/or functional issues within fifteen upon issuance of this notice. In addition, respondents should submit demonstrated capability to perform such analyses, a bibliography of previous work on identified grops or functional issues, resumes of researchers, the level of security clearance, if any.
