Description

Project includes the installation of a precast concrete flush toilet and shower facility within the Observatory Campground on Mt. Palomar in San Diego County, California. The shower building shall consist of four independently accessible shower rooms, one of which is handicapped accessible, a men's and women's separate bathroom areas, each with a lavatory and three toilets, an electric hand dryer, a plumbing chase, lighting, building plumbing, coin operated devices for the showers, elctrical wiring and all building appurtenances necessary for a working toilet facility. Work also includes delivery to the site, including permits, a crane to offload the building, setting the building and post-tensioning the sections together on a Forest Service prepared pad and connecting to the Forest Service provided utilities to the new building.
