- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego intends to negotiate and award a contract for Depot Level Repair Support Services to the KS-153 reconnaissance camera system on a sole source basis to Carl Zeiss, Oberkochen, Strauss 22, Oberkochen 73442 Germany, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract shall be for a base year with four option years. This action is based on the original equipment manufacturer's proprietary rights, manufacturing capability, technical skills and large scale precision photogrammetry equipment required. Note 22 applies.
