Description

The Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a 12-month SOLE SOURCE contract with two (1) year option periods to Cereplex, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible and No Other Supplier Can Satisfy the Agency Requirement. This is a follow-on contract and the proposed contractor will continue the IDWEB Provider Training and Performance Tracking for HIV, STD, and other infectious diseases. The Contractor also provide a semi-automated, sentinel surveillance system at 12 diverse sites, and provide practical information and tools for extending lab test file mapping to standized Logical Observation Identifier Names and Codes at 5 sites for the IHS, National Epidemiology Program, Albuquerque, New Mexico. This procurement is a SOLE SOURCE and NO solicitation is available, therefore, requests for such documents will be considered invalid responses. Numbered Note 22 applies except that the 45 days is reduced to 15 days.*****
