Description

The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency intends to issue a purchase order under Simplied Acquisition procedures to Boyce and Isley P.L.L.C., 107 Fayetteville Street, Raleigh, NC 27601 on a sole source basis. The purhcase order is being issued based on Boyce and Isley's expertise to prepare administrative records regarding 1990 through 1992 tobacco dealer and warehouse cases for the purpose of conducting administrative appeal hearings by four Farm Service Agecny State Committees and any resulting appeals to the National Appeals Division.
