Description

The DVAMC, Birmingham, Alabama requires Armored Car Services. Contractor shall provide all personnel (armored professional guards), supervision, transportation (armored car vehicle) and other items and services necessary to perform the delivery and pick-up of cash and other monetary documents (e.g. checks, change orders, etc), from the DVAMC located at 700 South 19th Street, Birmingham, Alabama, in accordance with the contract documents and work statement. Pick-up and deliveries will be made daily within the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Contract period shall be from date of award for 12 consecutive months, with four (4) one (1) year option renewals. Requests for solicitation package must be in writing to the address listed above or faxed to (205) 933-4489. Solicitation packages shall be available o/a July 6, 2001. Response o/a August 7, 2001.
