Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) 235-01-Q0014 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 27. (iv) this acquisition is not being set aside. (v) line item 1 is the only line item. 34 parking spaces quantity is 12 mos. (vi) Rental of 34 contiguous Parking spaces within two city blocks of 650 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA. (vii) See vi above. (viii) 52-212.1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.. (ix) the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Item is use with price as the major factor. (x) Offerrors shall include a completed copy of FAR 52-212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial items with their offer. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions -- Commercial items applies to this acquisition. (xii)the clause at 52.215-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order -- Commercial items applies to this acquisition. Part B clauses 11,12, 13, 14 and 25 are applicable. (xiii) There are no additional contract requirement or terms and conditions. (xiv ) DPAS is not applicable.
