Description

The Plumas National Forest intends to acquire services for the Storrie Fire Trail Repair. This project consists of 12.4 miles of trail reconstruction and maintenance within the Storrie Fire boundary, including the replacement of a 46 foot bridge at Little Indian Creek. The bridge replacement portion of this contract will utilize the existing abutments and the old bridge structure which has already been removed. The reconstruction will include dip and rock wall construction. Maintenance items include: slough and berm removal, logging out down trees , stream ford and gully crossings, waterbar, dips and brush cutting. Contractor will provide all materials, equipment, labor and supervision necessary to complete this project. Government price range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This solicitation will be available on or around July 24, 2001.
