Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expert supervision to Replace Cooling Tower located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, New Orleans, LA. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds and a 120 day bid acceptance period is mandatory. Bid opening will be held August 23, 2001 at 2:00PM and the Pre-Bid Conference will be held on July 31, 2001 at 2:00PM, both to be held at the DVA Medical Center, 1601 Perdido Street, Building 2, Room 405, New Orleans, LA. All requests for bid documents must be in writing and accompanied by a $100.00 refundable bid deposit. Acceptable forms of deposits are certified check, cashier's check, or money order ONLY. Issue date for drawings and specifications is o/a July 17, 2001 and will be issued on a first come first serve basis. The construction cost range for this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard is 235110 -- $11.5 Million.
