Description

The work consists of clearing and grubbing and disposal of debris therefrom; excavation and disposal of material therefrom; construction of gravel road and road relocation; unwatering of a fish pond and construction of a closure dam; placing of filter material and riprap and grouting of riprap; placing of aggregate surfacing; installation of 24-inch culverts with flared end sections; turfing; and environmental protection. The value of the work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This procurement will be a 100% small business set aside. For the purpose of this procurement, to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on government contracts, the concern must have had average annual receipts for the preceeding 3 fiscal years not exceeding $27.5 million. The supplies or services to be procured under this solicitation are classified in Standard Industrial Classification Code 1629, NAICS 234990.
